WE Asia Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Account Executive – Key Accounts to sustain strategic relationships with key clients, coordinating with senior Account Executives to deliver client initiatives and track performance.

The role covers Core Consumer Payments, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, and Value-Added Services, including Advisory and Data & Risk solutions, requiring strong analytical and commercial skills and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or payments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to support business cases and performance reporting.
• Understanding of payments ecosystem; banking/fintech experience is preferred.
• Ability to build credible relationships with client stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Account Executives in managing relationships with key clients in Malaysia and align with priorities.
• Contribute to account planning by preparing client insights and tracking priorities.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities across payments and value-added services.
• Support deal development, including business-case preparation and contract coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement to deliver client initiatives on time.
• Build understanding of clients’ businesses to tailor solutions and engagement.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and follow through on actions and risks.
• Maintain accurate account information, pipelines, and governance documentation.
