Ant International in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Key Account Lead to drive merchant growth for Alipay+ across Malaysia, focusing on major commercial districts and tourist corridors. You will own end-to-end market strategies, manage ecosystem partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality merchant coverage and strong transaction growth.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in merchant management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem (acquiring, QR payments, cross-border, e-wallets, card schemes).
• Proven track record of growing merchant portfolios and improving performance.
• Ability to identify performance gaps at merchant level and implement targeted actions.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop country-level business plans, market assessments, ecosystem mapping, commercial models, and TPV/GMV growth projections.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage partnerships, execute initiatives, and improve merchant performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and run high-impact campaigns and drive innovation in partner solutions.
• Conduct field visits to key districts to assess execution and ensure strong POSM visibility.
• Analyze trends and merchant performance to recommend strategies for penetration, activation, and retention.
• Drive TPV growth from non-China wallets through merchant activation and focused initiatives in key segments.
• Manage and grow merchant portfolios with a focus on activation, retention and productivity.
