Job summary

ASIA PULP AND PAPER is seeking a sales professional to manage key accounts in Malaysia, focusing on account development, relationship management, and sales expansion within the paper, printing, packaging or paper converting sectors. Fluency in Chinese is preferred for regular interaction with Chinese counterparts and clients.

The role reports to the Sales Manager in a dynamic environment requiring strategic thinking, integrity, and proactive promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree from a recognized institution.
• Prior working knowledge in Paper, Printing, Packaging or Paper Converting industries is an advantage.
• Highly responsible and full integrity for tasks that are trusted and delegated.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese is preferred, as the role requires regular interaction with Chinese counterparts and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow assigned key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote products awareness and profitable business relationships.
• In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products or services to customers and organize visits to current and potential customers.
• Responsible for sales activities, attend product quality issues, execute promotional plans and product listings as well as propose customized promotional activities.
• Analyze and propose strategy and prepare sales related reports in a timely manner to ensure management can track sales progress.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Any other duties related to Sales assignment as and when assigned by superior/management.
