Job summary

Amalgamated Facility Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple cleaning sites and manage key client relationships.

You will monitor site performance, conduct regular inspections, supervise supervisors and cleaning staff, handle client concerns, and coordinate with Operations and HR on manpower and operations. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Facility Management or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in cleaning, facility management, property management or key account management.
• Experience managing multiple sites and large cleaning teams is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport.
• Willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor cleaning service quality and site performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings.
• Manage supervisors and cleaning personnel to ensure sufficient manpower.
• Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and staff performance.
• Prepare service reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR on manpower and operational matters.
