BS One Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in Malaysia to oversee IT recruitment end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding. You will lead the full cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and optimize our ATS.

This role focuses on building effective sourcing channels, conducting screening and interviews, negotiating offers, and tracking metrics to improve hiring performance. Experience in recruitment analytics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, including phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and manage onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and prepare reports on hiring progress.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes, optimizing ATS usage, and implementing best practices across the team.
