Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist (IT/Tech) to lead strategic technology category management and end-to-end procurement. You will negotiate with global suppliers and coordinate with executives to optimize value.

Responsibilities include drafting and redlining MSAs/SOWs, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost savings through multi-year contracts, renewals, and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Total experience 10+ years overall with 5+ years in senior-level sourcing of technology agreements.
• Tech domain expertise in Software Licensing, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Hardware, and Telecom.
• Experience drafting and redlining SOWs, MSAs, and SLAs in technology contracts.
• Background in a multinational corporation, financial services, or Fortune 500 tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal English with ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic technology category management across IT spend domains.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle and high-value negotiations.
• Draft, review and redline commercial terms in MSAs, SOWs, and LOAs.
• Establish governance with senior partners and global suppliers.
• Oversee digital sourcing activities using platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, iValua, or Zycus.
