Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, tenders, and strategic sourcing initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive supplier relationships and ensure compliant, transparent processes to deliver value.

The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and collaboration with finance, legal and operations to optimize procurement decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Tender lifecycle management experience: bid prep, evaluation, negotiation, award.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full tendering process: documents, pre-tender briefings, bid evaluation, contract terms, awards.
• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate favorable terms.
• Lead, mentor and develop the procurement team to align with company goals.
• Stay informed on market trends and supply chain developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and operations to streamline procurement processes.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations and company policies; manage risk.
• Provide senior management with regular reports on procurement activities and outcomes.
