Job summary

Swift in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist – IT to join a global Technology Sourcing team, delivering end-to-end IT sourcing for software, hardware and network services.

You will partner with Belgium and the United States teams, engage with internal stakeholders, manage RFx processes, and support category maturation in a regulated environment. The role offers international exposure and impact.

Qualifications

• Typically 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Hands-on IT agreements and supplier relationship experience.
• Experience in regulated or policy-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Professional procurement qualification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end sourcing across IT scope including software, hardware and network services.
• Run RFx processes and supplier engagements to support decisions.
• Perform spend and contract analysis to inform negotiations.
• Evaluate proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Ensure alignment with business needs, compliance and internal policies.
• Lead or support negotiations and collaborate with Purchase‑to‑Pay teams.
