Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, IT, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant procurement/vendor management experience, IT or telecom preferred.
• Experience supporting IT, Network orCommercial Services categories and sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement (software licensing, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, services).
• Proven ability to engage, influence and communicate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers with IT infra and delivery teams.
• Negotiate contract elements, pricing, milestones and terms to meet cost and quality goals.
• Maintain supplier records, analyze data, shortlist and negotiate with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance, support and actions for service delivery and metrics.
• Develop competitive proposals to secure alternatives and savings.
• Analyze market demand and coordinate with vendors on sourcing strategy.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through pricing and margin analysis.
