Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking an IT Contract Management Manager within the Procurement team to lead end-to-end IT strategic sourcing, procurement and vendor management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, economics or business.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial sourcing/procurement role with 3+ in IT.
• Proven track record in strategic cost-saving and TCO analyses.
• Advanced MS Office and familiarity with e-procurement and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive IT hardware/software cost-management via renegotiation and consolidation.
• Evaluate TCO from deployment to decommissioning and monitor spend.
• Benchmark pricing and negotiate flexible terms, like right-to-reduce.
• Ensure IT contracts comply with BNM guidelines and RMiT.
• Lead a team to devise sourcing strategies and analyze spend reports.
• Support management in transformation, ESG, and process improvements.
