Qualifications

• Total experience 10+ years overall with 5+ years in senior-level sourcing of technology agreements.
• Tech domain expertise in Software Licensing, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Hardware, and Telecom.
• Experience drafting and redlining SOWs, MSAs, and SLAs in technology contracts.
• Background in a multinational corporation, financial services, or Fortune 500 tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal English with ability to influence senior leadership.

In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end technology procurement lifecycle activities, drive high-value commercial negotiations, and partner closely with executive business leaders, legal, and global suppliers.

We are seeking an experienced, high-calibrated Senior Sourcing Specialist (IT/Tech) to lead and execute strategic technology category management. In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end technology procurement lifecycle activities, drive high-value commercial negotiations, and partner closely with executive business leaders, legal, and global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Sourcing & Category Management: Lead and execute category strategies across complex IT spend domains including Enterprise Software, SaaS Subscriptions, Cloud Services (IaaS/PaaS), Hardware Infrastructure, and Telecommunications.

• End-to-End Contract Drafting & Redlining: Partner with Legal and Risk teams to draft, review, and redline commercial agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to mitigate business risk and optimize TCO.

• Commercial & Price Negotiations: Drive multi-year contract negotiations, licensing renewals, and competitive benchmarking (RFPs/RFQs) to secure maximum commercial value, cost savings, and cost avoidance.

• Stakeholder & Supplier Governance: Establish collaborative relationships with senior business partners, executive leadership, and strategic technology vendors to ensure contractual SLAs and operational requirements are met.

• Digital Sourcing Execution: Manage sourcing events, spend analytics, and contract databases via enterprise digital sourcing platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or iValua).

About You (Key Requirements)

Mandatory Criteria (Must Have)

• Total Experience: Cumulative 10+ years of working experience, with 5+ years of dedicated, senior-level experience in sourcing and negotiating technology agreements.

• Tech Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing supplier agreements strictly in the Tech Sector—specifically covering Software Licensing, SaaS Subscriptions, Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), Hardware, and Telecom.

• Contract Redlining Competency: Strong, hands-on experience in drafting and redlining commercial and legal terms (SOWs, MSAs, SLAs) within technology contracts.

• Industry Background: Prior experience operating in a large Multinational Corporation (MNC), Financial Shared Services, Insurance, or Fortune 500 Technology environment.

• Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with proven ability to influence executive leadership and matrixed global stakeholders.
