Job summary

Beyonics Precision (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT & OT Infrastructure Lead to strengthen IT governance, manage infrastructure projects, and oversee service providers across corporate and manufacturing IT/OT environments.

You will drive ISO 27001 compliance, guide technology investments aligned with manufacturing priorities, and provide remote technical support for core server, network, and storage platforms, with occasional site travel to support regional operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
8+ years in IT infrastructure, information security, or tech operations.
Experience in manufacturing with multi-site/regional IT operations.

Responsibilities

Drive IT governance: develop policies, standards, and procedures.
Own ISO 27001: coordinate audits, ISMS docs, evidence collection, closing findings.
Manage risk: monitor infrastructure risks, control effectiveness, and gaps.
Oversee project delivery: infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, resilience, service improvement.
Lead site teams and vendors: coordinate resources from kickoff to handover.
Set IT/OT infrastructure lifecycle standards including DR and backups.
Drive ITIL-based service improvements using SLA metrics and root-cause analysis.
Review vendor proposals, solutions, pricing, and SOAs.
