Job summary

Triumph Group in Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planning & Allocation Specialist to balance inventory and meet customer demand. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimise stock availability, drive allocation strategies, and partner with merchandising and sales to ensure product availability across channels.

The role requires 2–3 years in demand planning with strong Excel skills, combined with English proficiency; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ professional experience, including 1–2 years in demand planning & allocation.
• Apparel experience preferred; FMCG or lifestyle industries considered.
• Strong forecast & commercial mindset.
• Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel.
• Good command of English (written & spoken); Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Reliable team player with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise Open-to-Buy (OTB) and inventory levels.
• Lead distribution planning and inventory analysis across channels.
• Drive product allocation and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk assessment and mitigation.
• Monitor stock levels and DOH, ensure timely stock actions.
• Analyse sales, stock, and intake performance monthly.
