Job summary

ADA is seeking a Planning Analyst for its E-Commerce Inventory Operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure maximum fulfillment of customer and client orders while maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating supplier replenishment and balancing supply and demand in real time.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in FMCG planning, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on stock and promotions. Onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimally 4 years of planning experience in FMCG.
• Exposure to warehouse and logistics activities/systems.
• Strong data crunching using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm customers' orders and forecast fulfillment dates daily.
• Finalize supplier replenishment and issue purchase orders with delivery dates.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to reduce non-moving stock.
• Track sales performance and flag anomalies to Commercial team.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team and Suppliers for promotions/campaigns when required.
