Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a Demand Planning Executive to look beyond spreadsheets and understand stock movement from warehouse to outlets and customers. You will work with Planning, Retail Operations, Warehouse and other teams to translate data into practical stock-allocation decisions.

The role requires analytical mindset, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS. You will monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, set reorder points, and propose redistributions to maximise

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM/Logistics with 1–2 years of inventory or stock-management experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical ability may be considered.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience with stock allocation and retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
• Analyze historical sales to forecast stock requirements and seasonal demand.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse and retail teams to allocate stock.
• Generate reports on stock value, turnover and inventory performance.
• Identify under-stocked or overstocked outlets and recommend redistributions.
