Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia is seeking an Administrator based at the branch to oversee inventory, orders, and daily admin tasks. The role ensures system accuracy, smooth order processing, and coordination across inventory audits, logistics, and warehouse activities.

The position focuses on maintaining records, fulfilling orders promptly, and supporting internal stakeholders with administrative duties to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in logistics or supply chain management.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management & stock control across warehouse operations.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound stock movements with accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock placement and warehouse organization.
• Maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Process orders and manage logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track orders and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize delays.
• Prepare monthly admin tasks including MC-related submissions and receipts.
• Coordinate with branches and internal teams; support the Magic Care Manager.
