Job summary

SoftwareOne invites an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic technology programs within the Insurance and Financial Services sector. You will drive modernization initiatives, align business, technology, and regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will orchestrate a portfolio of projects, collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, and ensure governance, risk management, and successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs within Insurance, Financial Services, or regulated industries.
• Strong governance, project delivery methodologies, and business transformation knowledge.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Proven leadership of complex delivery teams and concurrent projects.
• Understanding regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements in financial services.
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern multiple technology projects within insurance transformation programs.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Project Managers and ensure program governance.
• Develop integrated program roadmaps, manage dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, technology leaders, regulatory stakeholders, and partners.
• Drive program risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage program financials, resource planning, and vendor engagements.
