Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading programme management or delivery leadership within Insurance or IT Services.
• Experience managing large-scale application development and transformation projects.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme and service delivery for insurance clients, on time and within budget.
• Manage client relations, expectations, risks, issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Oversee governance, planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
