Job summary

Ambition in Malaysia is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead relationships with key insurance clients and drive growth. You will own strategic accounts and coordinate with operations, finance and marketing to ensure value delivery.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in account management or client servicing, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data with Excel (pivot tables). Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. Occasional travel within Malaysia may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in account management or client servicing.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key insurance accounts.
• Analyze account performance and identify opportunities with data-driven insights.
• Prepare and present reports leveraging Excel pivot tables to track KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
