Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in field-based industrial solutions sales.
• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented and eager to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and build a strong pipeline to support future business growth.
• Identify and create new customer opportunities by developing and managing the sales process.
• Support the Business Development Manager in sales and business development activities.
• Develop new applications using the company’s existing products and newly developed solutions.
• Prepare monthly business reports covering business unit activities and results.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships between customers and the company.
• Maximize profitability through upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present account progress reports, goals, and initiatives to supervisors and management.
• Ensure all customer needs and deliverables are met within the agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer requirements.
• Execute strategic programs and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
