Job summary

LTI Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic field-based industrial solutions sales professional in Malaysia. You will manage sales targets, build a robust pipeline, and undertake strategic outreach to new customers while supporting the Business Development Manager.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply. The role offers a base salary with commission, and requires strong English communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in field-based industrial solutions sales preferred.
• Experience in cold calling, new company and product introductions, and customer visits is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and build a strong pipeline to support future business growth.
• Identify and create new customer opportunities by developing and managing the sales process.
• Support the Business Development Manager in sales and business development activities.
• Develop new applications using the company’s existing products and newly developed solutions.
• Prepare monthly business reports covering business unit activities and results.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships between customers and the company.
• Resolve customer issues while anticipating their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maximize profitability through upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present account progress reports, goals, and initiatives to supervisors and management.
• Ensure all customer needs and deliverables are met within the agreed timelines.
