Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with organizational priorities and drive workforce planning in a growing data-centre environment.

You will work with COE and SSC teams on talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation while managing employee relations and ensuring policy compliance. Data-driven insights via Power BI, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors will guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with HRBP exposure.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices within matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with COE and SSC teams to deliver talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with policies and local employment laws.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
• Support engagement initiatives to enhance culture, retention, and inclusion.
• Provide guidance on compensation matters and collaborate with C&B team for rewards decisions.
• Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount and turnover.
• Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, policy reviews and systems implementation.
• Ensure governance by maintaining compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and internal policies.
