Job summary

Bridge Data Centres in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders, align HR strategies with priorities, and drive talent management, performance, and rewards across the organisation.

This role requires 5+ years HR experience, strong HR analytics skills, and the ability to navigate matrixed COEs/SSCs. Experience in data centres or tech industries is a plus, with a focus on culture, inclusion, and transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience in matrixed organizations with COEs and SSCs.
Data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills for informed decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive matters.
Problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Adaptability and agility in fast-paced environment.
Experience in organizational change management and transformation.
Prior experience in data centres, infrastructure, or tech industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and align HR strategies.
Collaborate with COE and SSC teams to deliver solutions in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
Support engagement initiatives to enhance culture, retention, and satisfaction while championing diversity and inclusion.
Provide guidance on compensation matters and collaborate with the C&B team for fair and competitive rewards decisions.
Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, resignation trends, retention rates & manpower planning.
Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Participate in HR projects, including process improvements, policy reviews, and systems implementation.
Ensure governance by maintaining compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and internal policies.
