Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to strategically partner with business leaders in Penang, Malaysia. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies to support growth and operational excellence, while leveraging analytics to balance employee experience and business needs.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred. You will coach leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness, contribute to change initiatives, and partner with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Labour laws and regulations; RBA code is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Leverage workforce insights and analytics to address organizational opportunities with proactive solutions.
• Implement talent management processes including succession planning, development, and talent assessment.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives for sustainable outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Ops and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
