Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with goals and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll support talent, engagement, and organizational growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change initiatives, coaching leaders, leveraging analytics, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Labour laws and regulations and RBA code.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with goals.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Leverage workforce insights, analytics and trends to address opportunities.
• Implement talent management processes including succession planning and development.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.
