Job summary

Dexcom Malaysia is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize high-volume production operations in Penang. You will manage local Malaysian direct labor, drive operational excellence, and foster collaboration across functions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a managerial role, strong leadership, and knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a dynamic medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing management.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Malaysian teams and culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor production teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
