Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Workforce Transformation practice in Kuala Lumpur. You will apply solid OCM methods, engage clients, and drive high-quality outcomes on transformation projects.

The role emphasizes delivery focus, proposal support, and collaboration with Engagement Managers, with travel to client sites as required. 8+ years of OCM experience and certification are preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management with hands-on delivery.
• Experience delivering OCM workstreams on transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) and org design, workforce planning, and workforce transition; exposure to AI-driven transformation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with client stakeholders on solution content.
• Experience supporting proposal development is an advantage.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCM workstreams aligned with program objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, and technology.
• Engage with client stakeholders to build alignment and manage relationships.
• Develop clear, audience-appropriate change communications and training materials.
• Support readiness assessments and adoption measurement activities.
• Contribute to proposals and solution discussions when needed.
