Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) in Malaysia is recruiting an HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation while driving strategic HR initiatives.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, learning and development, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour legislation.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, learning and development, and offboarding.
• Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and company standards.
• Advise management on HR matters and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
