Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead strategic HR practices, nurture a positive working environment, manage employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and support overall business goals.

The role will drive HR strategy and planning, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management and succession planning, as well as compensation, benefits, HR data analysis and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8-10 years proven experience in a managerial/leadership role in HR.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment and Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Proficient in HR Analytics for decision-making and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy and planning aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, interviewing, onboarding processes.
• Foster positive employee relations and manage grievance handling.
• Manage performance management, succession planning, and talent management.
• Ensure legal compliance and update policies and handbooks.
• Oversee compensation, salary reviews and benefits.
• Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and reporting to management.
