Job summary

You will formulate HR strategies, lead leadership development and succession planning, deploy performance management with analytics, oversee total rewards and employee engagement, and ensure compliance across regional practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive HR leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Demonstrated capability in digital transformation initiatives, workforce analytics, and HR systems adoption.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment compliance, and policy development.
