Job summary

Private Advertiser in Selangor is seeking an experienced HR Leader to align HR strategy with property, construction, and site operations.

You will lead recruitment for corporate roles, project managers, and engineers, oversee payroll and benefits, ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and drive performance appraisals, KPI setting, and succession planning. Training programs will address skills gaps across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Property Development, Construction, or Hospitality is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional dialects are a plus.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business goals across property development and construction teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, project managers, engineers, and site operations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and inquiries in line with Malaysian law.
• Drive annual performance appraisals, KPI setting, and succession planning.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs, including HRD Corp claims.
