Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination. The role requires a strong HR leader who can align HR practices with business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments, including logistics and operations. This is an on-site position based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, labour law, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and payroll coordination.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or operational industries will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, training and development, HR policy and payroll coordination.
• Support manpower planning, align HR practices with policies and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle staff complaints, discipline, and employee counselling.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and HR documentation; maintain confidential files.
• Implement performance management processes and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure training records are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and other regulations.
• Assist with payroll coordination and benefits benchmarking.
• Plan employee engagement activities and promote a productive work environment.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and analyze HR data for improvements.
