J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Lead to manage day-to-day HR operations for the warehouse, supervise the HR team, and ensure policies are implemented consistently.

The role drives change management and supports payroll, budgeting, and HR analytics to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or degree in HR-related fields, 2–4 years in HR roles, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or related HR functions.
• At least 1 year experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data analysis is a plus.
• Familiar with HR data, data integrity, and HRIS.
• Willing to adopt AI-based tools and digital processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations.
• Oversee HR operations within the warehouse and ensure HR policies are implemented consistently.
• Drive and coordinate change management initiatives to support business changes.
• Supervise payroll processing.
• Ensure accuracy in salary computation and statutory contributions.
• Review HR reports, employee records, and HRIS data management.
• Monitor daily HR activities and manpower-related matters and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and weekly management materials.
• Support HR budgeting and expense management with budget analysis and planning.
• Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage performance management processes including evaluation and follow-up actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
• Plan and execute HR projects and lead initiatives as required.
