Job summary

Luminarix Sdn Bhd is a newly established PSP in Malaysia seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and policy development in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will shape talent acquisition, manage payroll and statutory contributions, ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and related regulations, and drive employee engagement through structured programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field with 10+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in fintech/regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience developing or improving HR policies, SOPs, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance.
• Promote engagement, performance management, and employee development.
