Job summary

Dynaciate, a member of the TECO Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Corporate Services Director to lead the company's overall corporate management platform and drive organizational excellence during its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this position serves as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, Document Control and Corporate Governance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading Finance and Corporate Services functions.
• Experience in EPC, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Data Center-related industries.
• Listed company or multinational company experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Administration, and Document Control functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, statutory, employment, and corporate governance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, processes, and corporate governance practices.
• Partner with business leaders to support operational growth, project execution, and organizational development.
• Act as the key liaison with TECO HQ on financial, HR, and corporate matters.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
