Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including sourcing, planning, development, and employee relations.

You will work closely with top management to implement HR strategies that support business growth and ensure compliance with local employment laws. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and a minimum of two years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR management or related.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Generalist.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin.
• Independent work style with analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore & Malaysia Employment Acts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and executes the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower sourcing and planning.
• Formulates HR strategic plan to support business growth.
• Advises Clients on HR best practices within company framework.
• Works with Top Management on organizational design and change management.
• Acts as point of contact for HR personnel and Clients on HR matters.
• Handles employee relations, disciplinary issues, and labor matters.
• Plans, develops and implements HR continuous improvement activities.
• Oversees day-to-day HR operations across portfolios.
