Job summary

SJ Circle Sdn Bhd, a dynamic diaper manufacturing company in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive. You will manage core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies.

You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, attendance and leave, while supporting performance appraisals and development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory contributions.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality in handling HR information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding of new hires.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling, and counselling support.
• Administer monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRD Corp reports.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and timekeeping administration.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and clearance.
• Prepare HR letters: appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfers, warnings, and terminations.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training activities and liaise with training providers.
