Job summary

AIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and change catalyst, aligning people strategy with business goals and driving data-driven workforce initiatives. The role spans employee relations, recruitment, compensation, talent planning and organizational design to support agile growth.

You will partner with senior leaders across business groups, champion change, and lead analytical insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management support by partnering with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Advise on a broad range of HR matters and build key organizational capabilities.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management and succession planning with compensation and global CoE.
• Utilize people analytics to generate insights for engagement, productivity and trends.
• Address employee relations escalations with investigations and policy recommendations.
• Oversee onboarding, international assignments and redundancy management for key segments.
• Leverage technology to optimize HR processes and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
