AI Rudder is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner and generalist to lead HR locally in Malaysia, reporting to the HR Director. You will be the sole HR representative, partnering with Tech and Revenue leaders while owning hands-on HR execution across recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives.

You will work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, contributing to a fast-growing AI company and shaping scalable people processes as the business expands globally,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience with 1+ year in HRBP.
• Tech/SaaS/startup background preferred.
• Fast-paced work experience.
• Able to operate as sole local HR partner and collaborate with regional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Partnership: translate business strategy into people initiatives with leaders.
• Talent Acquisition: lead hiring for tech and commercial roles.
• Performance & Compensation: drive OKR/KPI cycles and reviews.
• Organization Development: design onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: manage ER cases and ensure regulatory alignment.
