Seven to ten+ years in HR, executive support, or chief-of-staff roles are expected, with discretion, stakeholder management, and experience deputising for directors.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten or more years of progressive experience in HR, executive assistance, or chief-of-staff roles.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR policy, employee relations, and payroll administration.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior/critical hires, including candidate strategy and offer negotiation support.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, and confidential HR casework with sound judgment.
• Ensure HR compliance, maintain documentation integrity, and support audit readiness throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Design and lead engagement, retention, and culture initiatives at the organizational level.
• Own complex calendar and stakeholder management for the Operations Director(s), resolving conflicts and prioritising based on business impact.
• Prepare board-level materials, high-stakes presentations, and strategic reports.
