Job summary

Lazada is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, align people plans with business goals, and enhance employee engagement across Southeast Asia.

The role focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and development, change management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws while enabling rapid growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is advantageous.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in e-commerce / Tech.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and manage career progression within the team.
• Design learning and development initiatives to build competencies and promote career advancement.
• Lead change initiatives within the department, aligning with Lazada’s values.
• Advise employees, address concerns, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across Southeast Asia, working with legal/compliance teams.
