Job summary

Qualifications

17+ years of progressive leadership experience in global talent acquisition.
Advanced degree in Organizational Leadership or related field.
Experience designing and executing global talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for the global Talent Acquisition team and align with strategic goals.
Design and manage a data-driven global talent acquisition strategy.
Champion DEI across the workforce and talent processes.
Develop workforce planning models using analytics and predictive insights.
Lead executive-level searches with C-suite and Board collaboration.
Create compelling employer branding to attract top talent.
