Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Admin, or related field.
• 1+ year of full-time HR experience; overseas subsidiary experience preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay for external liaison and business communication.
• Familiar with Malaysian and Sarawak labour regulations, EPF/SOCSO, payroll and employment management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle local HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, probation, transfers, resignations).
• Build local talent recruitment channels and meet staffing needs for projects.
• Manage attendance and employee relations; standardise contracts and probation assessments.
• Handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO, tax withholding and compliance for local and Chinese staff.
• Maintain employee files and HR data; liaise with HQ for reporting and policy deployment.
• Coordinate office admin operations: procurement, inventory, and facilities maintenance.
• Manage site payments to suppliers and maintain invoices and documents.
• Provide logistics support and staff travel coordination for business needs.
