SNA Energy (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our Gebeng, Pahang site on a full-time basis.

You will shape policies, driveTalent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance to support business objectives. You will collaborate with senior management to foster a high-performing workforce, strengthen culture, and ensure statutory adherence across Malaysia.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience; at least 3 in mgmt/supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Strong recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience developing HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS and related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Develop, implement, oversee HR policies, procedures, and programmes aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and integration programmes to ensure smooth transitions and engagement.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Lead training and development programmes to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, including occupational safety and health requirements.
• Maintain detailed and confidential human resources records and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address organisational development needs and strategic human resources initiatives.
• Monitor workplace culture, employee engagement, and implement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
