Torto Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead HR strategies, manpower planning, policies, and management systems in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes budgeting, performance management, and compliance with industry standards.

You will supervise recruitment, training, compensation, and payroll processes, while developing a high-performing team and ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR and admin functions in a dynamic confectionery

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR and Administration experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and related employment legislation.
• High integrity with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HR strategies, manpower planning, policies, procedures and systems.
• Prepare and manage annual HR plan, budget, costs and management reports.
• Review organisation structure, departments, job descriptions and KPIs.
• Lead and develop HR & Administration team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and end-to-end process within budget and timeline.
• Manage recruitment channels (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee training plans, budget, career development and succession planning.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, leave, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRDC.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, renewals, resignations, terminations, insurance, SOCSO.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, permits, quotas and related compliance.
• Ensure HR policies and records comply with applicable laws and audits.
