Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth across healthcare services. You will manage client engagements, coordinate events, assist in proposals and marketing content, and support digital campaigns and video production initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in business development, sales, marketing, or corporate relations; healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills with multiple projects and events management.
• Proactive, target-driven, creative, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation preferred.
• Basic video production skills including filming and editing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
• Explore new market segments and client engagement approaches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate and manage events, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities and projects.
• Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media content planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in video content development, including conceptualisation, basic filming, editing, and coordination of video production.
• Monitor market trends, digital engagement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
