Job summary

KPJ Perlis Specialist Hospital invites applications for a marketing and business administration role. You will drive patient engagement, strengthen GP and corporate client relationships, and support growth targets through coordinated campaigns and events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Marketing/Business/Business Administration, strong event management, sales and communication skills, public speaking ability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Marketing/Business/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in Event Management, Corporate Client Management, General Practitioner Management, Sales & Communications.
• Strong public speaking, sales and negotiation skills.
• Creative marketing capabilities.
• Able to work in a team, under pressure, with minimal supervision, mature and independent.

Responsibilities

• Increase patient retention by at least 5% year over year as a team effort.
• Achieve at least 5% growth in sales year over year as a team effort.
• Grow sales from general practitioners by at least 5% year over year.
• Maintain visits and engagement activities with GP and corporate clients.
• Organize and co‑organize internal and external events at least 3 times monthly.
• Actively participate in marketing events such as booth programs, health screenings, GP CME, Insurance Engagements, Antenatal Class, and GP Symposium.
• Participate in hospital events organized by services, committees, and clubs.
• Perform duties as requested by management in line with BGM Services.
• Present to work beyond ordinary hours as needed with replacement hours/leaves.
• Maintain secrecy and confidentiality where required.
