KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to drive patient and revenue growth through direct engagement with insurance providers, MCOs, corporate clients, and GPs. You will implement marketing strategies, maintain key relationships, and promote hospital services.

The role involves coordinating events, CSR activities, and digital campaigns, while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business and Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Business Development.
• 2–3 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, event management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with insurance providers and MCOs to strengthen partnerships and promote hospital services.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients for health screening and wellness programs.
• Visits to General Practitioners (GPs) and organize CME, networking events, and GP briefings.
• Plan and execute CSR programs and community outreach activities.
• Create marketing collaterals and digital content aligning with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prepare monthly performance reports.
