Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in marketing/creative services.
• Experience with brands, agencies or SMEs favored.
• Ability to identify prospects, present solutions and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Understanding client objectives and recommending services or campaigns.
• Proactive, accountable, able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, SMEs and other clients.
• Understand client marketing objectives and campaign requirements to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, service proposals and pitches to prospects.
• Promote services including KOL/influencer marketing, social media marketing, and video production.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Negotiate terms and contracts aligning with client needs and company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
