Job summary

The Elite Elevators Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur to identify and cultivate new opportunities across architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.

You will analyze market trends, educate clients on product benefits, and lead strategic plans to hit revenue targets. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business Admin or Marketing, excel in English and Malay communication, and are comfortable traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malay; Chinese languages are advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth project delivery
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
